Refunds
We accepts return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- It must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order ID) is required
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your bank or payment provider
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless they are damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect item delivered
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift:
- Refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Shipping returns
- For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping is free
- For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted
